RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BUON AMORE, we gladly accept exchange requests for unused products reported in writing within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the items are returned in their original and undamaged condition.

Please note that, due to the made-to-order nature of our online purchases, returns are not accepted. Similarly, customized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products requested for exchange must be returned unused, undamaged, and with their original packaging and any included accessories.

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, you must notify us in writing within 2 days of the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges, and assume all liability until the product is received by BUON AMORE. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you a confirmation email regarding your request.

Approved exchange requests will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of approval.
