PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINE:
All Buon Amore designs are individually made-to-order. The estimated production time is 25 business days. Following production, the shipping duration is approximately 15 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Total delivery timeline: Up to 40 business days.

Products will be delivered via a contracted courier company. If the BUYER is not present at the delivery address, the SELLER is considered to have fulfilled their obligation. Any additional costs or damages resulting from the absence of the BUYER shall be borne solely by the BUYER.
Shipping Fee: Paid by the customer and added to the total order amount. Shipping cost is not included in the product price unless otherwise specified.
CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
For all national or international deliveries, the BUYER is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, or other legal obligations related to customs processes. The SELLER bears no responsibility for such charges or legal requirements.
VALIDITY OF THE INFORMATION:
The product information and commitments provided in this form are valid at the time of purchase. The SELLER reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice and shall not be bound by previous listings or communications.
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT:
This distance sales contract is deemed completed upon successful delivery of the purchased product(s) to the BUYER.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN POLICY:
Due to the exclusively made-to-order nature of Buon Amore products, returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted under any circumstances.
By placing an order, the BUYER explicitly waives the right of withdrawal, as the product is considered custom-made under applicable consumer protection laws.

ENFORCEMENT PRINCIPLES:
