Production and Delivery Timeframes

All purchases made through monarqueluxe.com are generally made-to-order and are delivered within 15 to 30 business days, depending on the nature of the item. If the item is already in stock at the time of order, it will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

• Custom Orders and out-of-stock items are specially produced upon request and delivered within 15 to 30 business days.

• Pre-order items will be delivered within 4 weeks from the delivery date stated on the relevant product’s page.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

All domestic shipments within Turkey are free of charge.

International Orders

International deliveries take between 10 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country. Prices displayed on info@monarqueluxe.com do not include international shipping fees or customs duties. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed separately.

• Additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or other local levies imposed by your country are not included in our prices.

• BUON AMORE LUXURY is not liable for any such charges or customs-related delays.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted.

In rare and exceptional cases, if an international return is approved by the seller due to a legally valid reason (according to the customer’s country laws), all incurred costs  including return shipping, customs, taxes, and any other related fees   will be deducted from the refunded amount.
